About our Nursery

Busy Bees Cheltenham Wellington Road, rated Good by Ofsted, is housed in a beautiful Georgian building with three floors and tall ceilings, accommodating up to 90 children. Our nursery is surrounded by picturesque walks around Pittville Parks and Lakes, providing ample opportunities for outdoor exploration. We frequently take outings to local events, such as the paint festival and Christmas decorations, and enjoy visits to the nearby library for additional extracurricular activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
