My client is looking for a Nursery Manager to join their amazing team and lead our exciting new nursery expansion! From September 2025 we will be offering all year round provision for children aged 2-5 years of age and adding an extra class cohort.

As Nursery Manager, you will lead this new class and oversee the new, and current team, already in place. You will also provide high quality childcare over‑see the day to day operation of the nursery to the highest standards. We always put our children first but we look after you too as a Nursery Manager because to our children, you’re a hero and we know that you deserve to feel like one.

Essential Criteria :

You must be at least a Level 3 qualified in correlation to the government guidelines, and have at a minimum of 2 years Senior Practitioner / Deputy / Operational experience with children within the Early Years. You must also have a good applied level of literacy and numeracy and be adept at working with parents and families within the school community.

New employees will be required to undertake appropriate checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure funded by the school, proof of right to work in the UK and suitability checks and provide at least two independent references.
