Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths or be prepared to gain it within 2 years of starting.
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.

How you’ll make a difference as a Nursery Manager

• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and the nursery’s policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and support the nursery team to foster a positive, collaborative, and professional culture, with staff development and high performance
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and external agencies to support each child’s development and wellbeing, ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections
