Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead teams to 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.
