Nursery Manager – Wokingham

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Hours: Full time – 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Start date: September 2025

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery setting in the Wokingham area.

About the role

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of care, education, and safeguarding. You’ll lead, motivate, and inspire your team, manage budgets, oversee curriculum delivery, and build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager (or similar senior role)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Ideally a driver – the location is remote and not easily accessible by public transport
