Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to the nursery team, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.
• Champion high standards of education, embedding the EYFS curriculum through play, creativity and discovery.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families, supporting a seamless transition into Pre-Prep and beyond.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory standards, working as part of the school's wider community.

Qualifications & Experience

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5/6 preferred).
• At least three years' post-qualification experience in early years, with leadership experience desirable.
• Strong organisational, people and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for nurturing children and supporting their development.

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
