As the Nursery Chef, you\'ll be more than just a chef; you\'ll be an ambassador for our values, and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture. You’ll take the lead in ensuring the children are fuelled with wholesome food throughout the day. Your role goes beyond cooking as you’ll be an advocate for nutritious meals, communicating our carefully curated menus to both children and parents.
The food you’ll prepare will be provided by our food partner, which you’ll compliment by creating healthy and filling breakfast and snacks, nourishing the children to empower their learning and play. The kitchen will be your domain and you\'ll take the reins, ensuring it\'s a pristine and hygienic space for food prep, owning tasks like washing up, sterilising and general cleaning.
You\'ll be proud of operating to the highest standards complying with Health & Safety, Environmental Health and COSHH regulations. By building strong relationships with the wider team, you\'ll ensure standards are maintained throughout the nursery and allergy policies are strictly adhered to.
