Nursery Assistant / Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner / Early Years

We are currently recruiting for two early years / Nursery practitioners to work in a private nursery in Chester. The position would be in their pre‑school, so working with children aged 3-5 years old. The setting is outstanding with a friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our committed Preschool, working with our children in our preschool unit helping them grow develop and become 'school ready'. We are a friendly team and have a lot to offer all our staff.

  • Good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a thriving team.
  • Actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring nursery policies and procedures are observed at all times.
Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have:

  • Suitable childcare qualification level 3 or above.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS.
  • Experience of working in an early years setting.
  • Good teamwork skills.
