Job summary

A childcare agency is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development in Bromley. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in an early years setting, a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for planning engaging activities and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. An Enhanced DBS check is required, along with a history of work references. Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework

Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.

Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.
