Your Role

As the Nursery Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the nurseries under your leadership provide the highest standards of care and education. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, leading by example, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are successfully implemented.

Your core responsibilities
  • Empowering settings to consistently achieve and exceed high standards of care and education.
  • Providing continuous support and guidance to nursery managers, fostering their personal and professional development.
  • Leading by example, modelling best practices and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Managing the performance of nursery managers and supporting them in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures are effectively implemented across your region.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Taking an active role in the recruitment of talented, passionate nursery teams.
  • Overseeing 6 nurseries within the Cambridgeshire area.
