A UK health care provider is seeking a Nurse Team Manager to oversee the operational management of Endoscopy Units. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinical nurse who can lead teams effectively, ensure high standards of patient care, and promote clinical governance. We are seeking a Nurse Team Manager who shares our ambition to be trusted for delivering consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
In this pivotal role, you will be an experienced and highly skilled clinical nurse with responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the Endoscopy Units at The Lister Hospital and the QEII. You will provide strong, visible leadership across both sites, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient services through effective teamwork and collaboration.
As an established clinical leader with specialist expertise in endoscopy nursing, you will oversee and develop the departmental workforce, ensuring excellence in patient care and the continuous improvement of services. You will lead on workforce planning, policy development, and compliance with Health & Safety and infection prevention standards, while maintaining accreditation requirements. The role also involves providing specialist training, supervising junior staff, and contributing directly to patient care. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, champion equality and diversity, and keep your professional practice current in line with NMC standards.
