Nurse Manager
£56,000+ per annum
Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm | Office-Based

Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded intermediate care home in the Dundonald area. Known for its dedication to delivering high-quality care to residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia, this home provides a supportive and collaborative environment for staff and residents alike.

We’re seeking a capable and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the home. This is a key leadership role that will suit either an experienced Nurse Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing clinical teams to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care
• Overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations, NMC standards, and best practices
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing nursing and care staff
• Working closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain high standards across the home
• Managing rotas and staffing levels to meet the evolving needs of residents
• Ensuring all recruitment and onboarding procedures (Access NI, NMC registration, right-to-work documentation, references) are carried out thoroughly and in line with company policy

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in a Nurse Manager role, preferably within a nursing home setting
• Active NMC registration with no restrictions
• Confident in clinical governance, team leadership, and regulatory compliance
