Overview

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD) to join the Trust Bank (Nurse Bank, MH Inpatient) on an as and when required basis. Bank cover is available to support services Trustwide, including Barnsley, Calderdale, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Wakefield.

The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding, requiring a positive outlook and the ability to develop and maintain a meaningful therapeutic relationship with service users. The focus is on delivering high standards of care that maximises service user recovery and rehabilitation potential. You will have high standards of communication and people skills, a non-judgemental and person-centred approach and a real caring attitude.

Criteria for being registered on the Trust Bank: you can commit to a minimum of 4 shifts in a 6 month period and all mandatory training must be kept up to date.

We also provide some low and medium secure (forensic) services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber.
