Overview

Paediatric Nurse - Complex Care Clinical Lead

£41,000.00-£50,000.00 per year - depending on experience

Full Time - Monday to Friday flexibility is required

Buckinghamshire and surrounding area

You will be supported by the in-house Clinical team who are experienced in delivering solid care for adults requiring complex care and their families within various locations. You will be required to travel to the offices based in Kent.

Responsibilities
  • To act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.
  • To adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Positively support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff.
  • To oversee the placing of the right staff to the right complex care service user, to deliver a professional and safe service, incorporating the Homecare's policy on Patient Safety and Risk Management.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staff.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients.
  • To contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
