Job summary

A leading company in the nuclear industry is seeking skilled MIG Welders to contribute to high-integrity piping supports. The role involves welding mechanical frames for the Hinkley Point C Power Station and ensuring quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a recognised apprenticeship in welding and at least 3 years of experience in relevant sectors. Benefits

Highly competitive salary of £20.80 per hour (PAYE)

Weekly pay

Overtime paid at 1.4 and 1.8 rates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding, preferably in the nuclear or oil & gas sectors.
• CCSNG/Safety Passport or CSCS card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding of mechanical frames for Hinkley Point C Power Station.
• Prepare and weld fabrications, pipe spools, and other mechanical components.
• Report safety hazards and ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
