A leading construction firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects under senior guidance. Ideal candidates should have experience in project coordination, familiarity with NSI regulations, and a background in the fire/security sector. Responsibilities include health and safety compliance, cost monitoring, and stakeholder communication. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to produce detailed project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fire/security integrator role or similar within construction.
• Strong understanding of NSI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and issue health & safety documentation.
• Monitor project costs and produce monthly financial reports.
• Organize and present information for contract reviews.
• Communicate regularly with all project stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Ensure testing and commissioning are per client requirements.
• Coordinate project schedules and progress reports.
• Ensure successful project handover and completion.
• Support field teams with site queries and problems.
• Adhere to NACOSS procedures on all projects.
• Provide quotations, security layout drawings, and project documentation.
