This post is integral to providing senior leadership to nursing and support teams at the NRC, taking deputy ward manager / team leader responsibility for high quality, efficient, safe and compassionate care in a rehabilitation setting. If you are successful, you would become a key part of shaping the service going forwards and contribute, with other professional colleagues, in paving the future of rehabilitation in the UK. The model is to deliver rehabilitation regionally, with the East Midlands being the first, with others to follow.
