NQ – 2 years Residential Property Solicitor looking to move into Plot Sales OR Plot Sales experience| Uxbridge |£45-£55k DOE + benefits |Top 50 firm |work life balance| no targets

We are working with a highly regarded Top 50 firm who are looking to add a Plot Sales Solicitor to join their market leading Property team in Uxbridge.

About the Role

You will act for developers and their clients on all aspects of plot sales and purchases, working on both complex and high value transactions. The role offers varied, hands‑on experience, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of their property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling the full range of plot sales matters, from instruction to completion
• Drafting deeds of easements, contracts, transfers and leases for plot sales
• Assisting on site set‑up for new build developments, including management companies, road and sewer agreements
• Acting for developers on their plot sales transactions liaising with architects, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth completion.
• Acting for developer’s clients on their plot purchase process

About You

• Qualified Solicitor / CILEX or equivalent
• 1. Residential Property Solicitor: NQ – 2 years Residential conveyancing experience with a passion for / or a keen interest to develop their career in plot sales (training provided)
• OR
• 2. Plot Sales Solicitor: with experience in Plot sales looking for a career move into a top 50 Law Firm.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients
