Overview

Hybrid: 3 days in our Paddington offices, 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Head of Product Development & Innovation

Direct Reports: None

Contract type: Temporary, 6 month fixed term contract, full time (5 days)

Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

Travel: Some travel as part of role

The Role:

As our new NPD Project Manager, you’ll drive big, visible projects — taking new ideas from concept to launch and making sure our product strategy lands exactly as planned

You’ll keep timelines tight, teams aligned, and stakeholders in the loop — all while juggling multiple projects across different categories.

We are entering a new phase of business delivery, and this role will be key to enhancing our capabilities and expanding the variety of our portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Your top priority: manage projects across multiple work streams from concept to launch. Initiate, plan, monitor progress, and close projects within a predefined time, cost, and scope.
  • Actively manage risks by identifying potential issues, implementing mitigating actions, and preparing proposals for decision-makers.
  • Define the optimal processes, assemble the right team members, and facilitate clear communication channels to foster both backward and forward learning.
  • Balance the needs of project teams and stakeholders by understanding their requirements, expectations, and needs, both internally and externally
  • Champion and own the new project management system, including process training to new MOTH’s and actively providing input to improve our current ways of working.
  • Embed a strong project management culture by acting as the go-to expert for project delivery across the business
Who you are
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple high-visibility and complex projects overseeing the entire supply chain within the FMCG industry
  • Track record of embedding and championing a strong project management culture within an organization.
  • Motivated to push boundaries, drive ambitious outcomes, and embrace lessons from every setback
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse backgrounds and communication styles.
