A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a Training Lead to enhance digital training for electronic patient records. This role involves developing training strategies, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality education within the organization. Strong clinical leadership and effective communication skills are required. The position contributes to a digitally skilled workforce aimed at improving patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the digital team on the joint MSE and EPUT electronic patient record (EPR) journey by joining the Nova Programme.
The Training Lead will be responsible for providing effective clinical digital leadership to all staff and for the execution of the Training Strategy for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across two NHS organisations (MSEFT and EPUT) aimed at enhancing clinical data quality and digital systems proficiency of healthcare professionals within the clinical setting, contributing to the development of a digitally skilled workforce to promote safe, effective, high-quality care.
The post holder will support the Digital Education and Training team which is comprised of Clinical Educators, and Digital trainers, ensuring the delivery of innovative, fit for purpose training, supporting the EPR project activities and transformational change.
This role is essential to prioritising continuous improvements to the digital culture of the organisation.
