The Role

As a NED, you will work closely with our Founder to:

– Provide strategic guidance on scaling the business and entering new markets

– Support the development of a framework for contractors and long-term service agreements

– Advise on opportunities within the international contracts market and help position the business for global growth

– Offer governance, oversight, and independent perspective on business decisions

– Act as a sounding board and mentor, helping us refine our strategy and structure for sustainable success

– Use your network and commercial insight to open new opportunities and strengthen client relationships

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a senior professional who can bring:

– Previous board-level or senior leadership experience (preferably within recruitment, contracting, or professional services)

– Proven track record in business growth, scaling operations, or entering international markets

– Knowledge of frameworks, tenders, and contractor management (highly desirable)

– Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to challenge and guide constructively

– Integrity, credibility, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
