Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare? We are seeking visionary leaders to join the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospital Group as Non-Executive Directors, a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare services across our three acute hospitals in Norfolk.
Your Impact
As a Non-Executive Director, in your initial three year appointment, you will collaborate with executive directors on a unitary Board, sharing responsibility for key decisions and driving the Group's success. Your independent perspective and unique expertise will be critical in providing governance, oversight, and leadership.

We seek individuals with board-level experience, ideally in large, complex organisations. You should be eager to promote diverse thinking, work inclusively, and bring thoughtful challenge to the Group Board's work.
