An established charity organization in Edinburgh is seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to support homeless individuals. The role involves forming positive relationships, managing safe entry to the service, and facilitating accommodation access. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong desire to improve the lives of those in need, with an emphasis on trauma-informed practice and harm reduction.
Working hours:40 hours per week -shifts 4 on and 4 off

Additional Salary information: 10% night shift allowance
We are looking for a compassionate, confident and dynamic individual who want to make a difference in the lives of homeless people. Our role is to provide a safe place to stay and to access support for people who have substance use issues and complex needs. The service delivery model is rooted in the harm reduction approach, based on trauma-informed practice, is strength-based and uses person-centred approaches.
