• Proven leadership by example with accountability.
• Willingness to work in cold storage at -21°C.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using WMS for inventory management.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Motivate and coach the team for accountability and teamwork.
• Manage stock levels and warehouse organisation effectively.
• Develop daily shift plans and allocate tasks.
