Salary: £12.82

Hours: 36 hour contract

Shift Times: 20:00 - 08:00

Maes-y-dderwen is designed for individuals with a diagnosis of enduring mental health who may potentially benefit from participating in rehabilitation programmes whilst living in a community setting. We have a proven track record in the delivery of enablement services for people with enduring mental health, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment.
