A charity and SEN college in Blindley Heath is seeking a Night Support Lead/Team Leader to manage night staff and ensure the well-being of young disabled adults during the night. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning difficulties and will need to demonstrate excellent communication and people skills. The Orpheus Centre is a charity and SEN College which supports young disabled adults aged 18-25 to learn essential life skills, gain formal qualifications and prepare for future employment. All young people who come to Orpheus have a love of the arts and are able to experience music, dance, drama, music technology and visual arts during their time at the college. The arts are what makes Orpheus unique. It is a place to nurture creative talents, experience the professional arts world and in doing so, build confidence and self-esteem, and have a greater sense of wellbeing, identity, and purpose. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, skilled and experienced Night Support Lead/Team Leader to line manage night support staff and oversee the smooth running of the team during the night.
Salary: £28,700.48 per annum pro rata
