Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Helping children with toileting, bathing, and medication routines.
• Providing comfort when children wake distressed.
• Using visual supports to help children understand routines.
• Responding safely and sensitively to challenging behaviours.
• Maintaining consistent bedtime routines for security.
• Recording key information and ensuring smooth transitions.
