Freelance Construction Site Manager (Nights) – Retail Fit-Out

Location: Manchester
Schedule: Night Shifts 12 Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Night Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a fast-paced retail fit-out project. You’ll be the key point of contact on site during night shifts, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

The Role

Lead and manage all site activities during night shifts

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to programme

*

Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure compliance

*

Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to the project team

*

Carry out quality checks and ensure standards are maintained

*

Conduct end-of-shift briefings and handovers with the day team
