Qualifications

• Solid experience operating lithographic presses.

• Ability to work reliably during permanent night shifts.

Responsibilities

Night Shift Litho Printer

£40,500 £2,000 Signing On Bonus

Swindon - Night Shift

A long-established, high-performing print manufacturer in Swindon is expanding its production team and is looking for an experienced Litho Printer to join their night shift operation. This is a well-run, well-invested site with modern kit, strong workflows, and a reputation for consistent, high-quality colour print.

You’ll be operating Heidelberg presses and producing a wide range of commercial print work for national clients. If you’ve worked on KBA, Roland or Komori presses, full cross‑training is provided.

Shift Pattern

• Permanent night shifts - 6pm-6am
• Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun, Mon, Tues
• Week 2: Off
• (Repeated weekly rotation)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and maintaining litho presses to deliver high-quality colour print
• Setting up jobs, managing ink/water balance, colour matching and substrate handling
• Checking and adjusting quality throughout the run
• Completing routine maintenance and resolving basic breakdowns
• Working collaboratively with production, finishing and planning teams to meet tight deadlines

What They’re Looking For

• Solid experience operating lithographic presses
• Experience operating lithographic multi‑colour printing presses i.e. Heidelberg, Komori, Roland, KBA
• Strong eye for colour accuracy and detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑output print environment

• Reliable and comfortable working a permanent night shift
