Night Room Service Waiter/ess - Six Senses London

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Night Room Service Waiter/ess, you will support the In Room Dining Manager and be responsible for:

• Executing tasks independently with high responsibility.
• Coordinating amenity deliveries and doorknob procedures.
• Supporting minibar operations, including collection, sanitation, and refilling glass water bottles.
• Answering the outlet telephone courteously and efficiently.
• Handling cashiering, guest billing, and using the point of sale system.
• Delivering food orders to guest rooms following internal and LQA standards.
• Being knowledgeable about menu offerings, ingredients, and presentation.
• Using appropriate glassware and tableware for orders.
• Maintaining familiarity with all outlet menus and daily F&B activities.
• Adhering strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology, operations, wine service, menu development, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
