A family-run hotel chain in Scotland is seeking a Night Porter Supervisor to enhance the guest experience. Crieff Hydro Hotel
Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we’re set in a 900-acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities– there really is something for everyone!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Porter Supervisor to join our team. You’ll successfully sort out any guest issues and make sure we make fabulous memories for our customers. You'll take every possible opportunity to talk to people, share our story and enhance the guest experience.
Hands on and able to multi task, you’ll support our operational departments at peak times, to make sure our customers receive a seamless experience. This is a fabulous opportunity for you to develop your leadership experience in different operational areas.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so your friendly and engaging personality will immediately reassure our guests that they’re in safe hands. The face of Crieff Hydro, you’ll have exceptional product knowledge and will be a key point of contact for customers and team members.
Able to work well under pressure, you’ll take control of situations and will prioritise your time to make sure you’re available where the guests need you most. Hands on and operational, you’ll have boundless energy to check and support different areas in the business.
The variety in the role means you’ll have a flexible approach to work. Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality will inspire and energise the teams you’ll support. We need you to have previous supervisory experience in Hospitality and be computer literate to work with our systems.
We’ll train you on our fire panel system so you can take control, just in case of an emergency.
This is a full time position contracted at 42 hours per week, working to a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shifts with a one hour unpaid break. The rate of pay is £13.74 per hour.
