Overview

Night Porter, Hotel du Vin Poole — Rate of Pay £12.50 per hour / 32 Hours per week • Permanent Contract • Hotel du Vin Poole

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise
• Manage guest expectations and maintain brand standards
• Take responsibility for the Food & Beverage department during the night
• Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner
• Keep public areas immaculate and clean public spaces
• Prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day
• Assist guests with luggage and handle enquiries
• Carry out nightly Health and Safety audits
• Be organized and an excellent communicator
