Overview

As a Night Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, and you’ll be expected to support your Head of Department and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to maximise guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times, interacting with guests at welcome and departure, and getting involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Night team and take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
• Interact with guests during check-in/check-out and contribute to shaping their experience, including involvement with room service orders.
• Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning so they look appealing.
• Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
