Rate: £23.10 per hour

Join us as our new Night Nurse Manager at Springfield Vale care home in Barnsley.

In this role, you’ll work at a senior level, under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues, drive quality, and maintain high standards of care within the home.

About the role

As Night Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical care delivery for residents at Springfield Vale.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading your care and nursing teams to meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents.
  2. Providing strong leadership to maintain and develop high standards of care and drive improvement.
  3. Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks of your unit.
  4. Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed, reviewed, and reflect appropriate interventions.
  5. Acting as the Named Nurse for residents, overseeing, reviewing, and updating their care profiles.
  6. Supervising and managing medication processes, including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal.
