Youll work with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable and accessible Clinical and Quality team experts are on hand, with 24 / 7 on-call support if you need them. They are regular visitors to our homes offering guidance and support where needed. Youll build lasting relationships with our residents making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being every day translating our care philosophy of All About Me into a reality.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.

You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
