Responsibilities
  • Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching.
  • Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment.
  • Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security.
  • Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance.
