Responsibilities

• Set up the Line before the shift and ensure it's ready to run.
• Organise the Team and ensure they understand their tasks.
• Liaise with the Shift Manager for daily production plans.
• Ensure the Line is well-supplied to avoid stoppage.
• Monitor line output to achieve production targets.
• Maintain weight and traceability control procedures.
• Minimise waste at all times.
• Report any machine faults immediately.
• Identify training needs for the Team.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintain hygiene standards at all times.
• Organise and control the Team’s breaks.
