Overview

Night Care Leader — Location: Stoke Mandeville, Fremantle Court. Pay rate: £13.90. Contracted hours: 20.

Are you an experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next level? Do you prefer to work nights? Our care teams make a real difference every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. You will lead a small team of carers, be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of residents and the home, ensure care plans are regularly reviewed, maintain accurate records, and manage time for yourself and your team to support residents’ wellbeing. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

Fremantle Court in Stoke Mandeville is a multi-award-winning and innovative care home, providing a light, modern and spacious living environment with 90 en-suite rooms. The home offers attractive communal areas and on-site facilities, with good transport links nearby.
