As our Hygiene Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across our production site. You’ll lead a small team of Hygiene Operatives, ensuring that all cleaning tasks, from daily routines to deep cleans are completed thoroughly, safely, and on time.
You’ll be responsible for distributing tasks, coaching your team, and ensuring that cleaning procedures meet food safety and allergen control standards. You’ll also manage investigations into hygiene‑related non‑conformances, support audits (including BRC), and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
As the most senior person on the night shift, you’ll represent Puratos professionally in any emergency or external liaison and provide clear handovers to the Production team to ensure seamless operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to inspire others will make a real impact.
