As a Night Coach, you'll be the steady presence that ensures young people feel safe and cared for until morning.

What You'll Do:

Your role at night is to keep the environment safe, calm, and consistent:

  • Support children with autism, epilepsy, diabetes, and mental health needs through the night.
  • Respond to seizures, behaviours, or medical concerns quickly and calmly.
  • Provide personal care sensitively when needed.
  • Maintain routines and safety checks across the home.
  • Record night events and hand over clearly to the day team.
What We're Looking For:

We're searching for people who bring steadiness, professionalism, and reliability to the night shift:

  • Experience working with autism and behaviours that challenge.
  • Willingness to train in epilepsy and diabetes care.
  • Calm and professional when faced with aggression or difficult language.
  • Physically fit and alert during long shifts.
  • Resilient, reliable, and team-focused.
Benefits Working at SuperCare:

We'll make sure your commitment is met with sector‑leading support:

  • Salary 20% above average.
  • 36 days of specialist training each year.
  • Fully funded Level 3 Diploma.
  • Private healthcare and on‑demand GP.
  • Gym stipend and wellbeing package.
  • Pension and bonus scheme.
  • Free parking and shared vehicles for transporting young people.
  • Clear progression to Senior Night Coach roles.
