We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Night Care Workers to join our Learning Disability Service at Castle Court. This role involves providing high-quality overnight support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. You will work as part of a supportive team, maintaining a calm and positive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents during night hours.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of individuals, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Support with bedtime routines, night-time checks, and morning transitions.
  • Assist with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including incident reports, logs, and handovers.
  • Ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and comfortable.
  • Follow all safeguarding procedures and report any concerns immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Support residents in accordance with individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
