Role: Night Care Team Leader
Location: 2 Wickmeads Road, Tuckton, Bournemouth, BH6 4LG
Pay: Up to £15.35 per hour
Hours: Full time or part time hours available
Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00 (including alternate weekends)

Are you a natural leader within a caring profession? We're looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and inspire and nurture a team to be at their best every day. You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.

What you will be doing
  • Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents
  • Manage the safety and supervision of night staff
  • Ensure your team is supported and has guidance throughout their shift
  • Administration of medication to residents
  • Liaise with external medical professionals and the residents’ families
  • Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values
