• Dentist registered with the GDC, specialist in Orthodontics.
• Completed a relevant 3-year training program at Consultant level.
• Passed the Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship Exit Examination.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of orthodontic services.
• Plan and supervise treatment by Specialty Dentists.
• Participate in MDTs for managing oral surgery patients.

Skills

Evidence of up-to-date knowledge of orthodontic techniques

Ability to manage complex orthodontic problems

Effective communication skills

Education

Full UK GDC registration and specialist register in Orthodontics

Completion of SAC-approved 3-year training program in Orthodontics at Consultant level

ISFE or equivalent
