The Role

The successful Solicitor will be managing and growing a caseload involving a range of high value residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, shared ownership.

You will be working in a busy, expanding team within a well-known, regional firm and will be committed to offering excellent service to clients at all levels.

Working a varied quality caseload, you will undertake a broad brush of work for a variety of clients

The ideal candidate

• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Senior Associate with at least 7 plus years PQE
• You should be communicative and have the ability to form lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Team supervision

• Able to work well using own initiative
