FUNDS LAWYER – NQ to 2 PQE – LONDON - Global Firm

Responsibilities

• Global firm are looking for an NQ to 2 PQE solicitor to join their leading private investment funds team in London.
• NQ applicants should have trained and qualified as a Solicitor in the UK at a similar calibre of firm (though does not need to have been in London) or with a leading firm in Ireland, via a traditional training contract (and ideally having undertaken a seat in Investment Funds).
• Based from the London office - located in the City - but working with colleagues across the rest of the UK and internationally, and with opportunities to travel internationally, too. Junior lawyers at this firm get unrivalled opportunity to business develop and grow their own network.
• Leading Private funds work, acting for fund managers on the full range of their investment funds work, including fund structuring, formation and downstream investment work with a focus on key sectors including energy, infrastructure, climate & sustainability, impact, real estate, debt and private equity.
