FUNDS LAWYER – NQ to 2 PQE – LONDON - Global Firm

The global firm is looking for an NQ to 2 PQE solicitor to join their leading private investment funds team in London.

Responsibilities

• Join a leading private funds practice in London to work with fund managers on the full range of investment funds work, including fund structuring, formation and downstream investment activity.
• Support sectors include energy, infrastructure, climate & sustainability, impact, real estate, debt and private equity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally with opportunities to travel internationally; junior lawyers are encouraged to develop their own network and business development skills.

Qualifications

• NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor with training and qualification in the UK at a comparable calibre firm (London experience not required) or with a leading firm in Ireland; traditional training contract preferred; ideally with a seat in Investment Funds.
