Commercial Property Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate - 4+ PQE

TSR Legal has a rare opportunity for a 4+ Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor into its Commercial Property team in Central Cardiff, offering flexible Hybrid working.

The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters, and agricultural property matters. The team acts on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner-managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers.
