The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, qualifying leads, and tracking sales activities using HubSpot. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client engagement. Our Campaign Sales team work closely with Fee Earners, BD teams and Knowledge Lawyers across the firm to identify campaign opportunities and provide a strategic function to support the growth of the firm. The Individual You will be a high-energy, organised and motivated individual, aware of your part in defining the role of sales within the Firm. You will be able to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, have good attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills. You will prospect for and manage a continuous flow of leads, serve as the first point of contact for new client relationships, and be excited at the opportunities that will be available to you as a hire into our expanding team. You will have opportunities to build your career and skills through mentoring with our leadership team and be a valued member of our growing organisation., The successful candidate will report into the Senior Digital Campaigns Manager, working alongside the Campaign Sales and wider Business Development team.
