A fantastic opportunity is available for a Lettings New Business Development Manager to join an award-winning national property company, who are going through exciting periods of growth and offer tailored training and development programmes at all levels. As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and carrying out relevant property valuations and listings.

New Business Development Manager Responsibilities
  • Carrying out Lettings valuations and listings
  • Work alongside our new business generation team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Working towards and achieving personal and department targets
  • Building strong relationships with local property owners
  • Understanding the local market and competitors activity
  • Maintaining the Group’s Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary sales
New Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targets
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are met
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Previous experience of working as a Lettings Valuer
  • Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
  • Ambitious and hardworking
  • Must hold a Full UK valid driving license
