Are you looking for an exciting position which involves a variety of duties? Our client is currently recruiting for a New Business Coordinator to join their team and support the New Business Manager daily. If you are hard working, committed and looking for a role where no day would be the same then this is the position for you!

The New Business Coordinator position involves:

  • Creating pipeline opportunities for the business
  • Working with the CRM system to update the existing information
  • Identify and research areas and specific information
  • Working with the marketing team to create new ideas to excite and attract new clients
  • Being the first point of contact through telephone, email and letters
  • Booking meetings for the New Business Manager
  • Liaising with clients and being the first point of contact for them
  • Sending out the relevant information to potential and new clients
  • Converting leads into new business

To be considered for the New Business Coordinator position you will:

  • Have proven ability to adapt within a fast paced environment
  • Maintain previous telephone or customer service experience
  • Have previous CRM experience
  • Be confident when speaking with clients and be a fantastic relationship builder
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have outstanding attention to detail
  • Work with confidence on the PC and all Microsoft packages
